Gotta love the guy raging against "his old boss"....sounds as if there was a lot behind that comment.
A lot of insecurities coming out of that thread.

I actually didn't think it was too bad.
They've got a decent squad, up and coming and all that. I remember when we were there. I always had hope we'd be able to beat Manning's Broncos and Brady's Pats. They're kind of like us circa 2013/2014 but with a homegrown QB, which intensifies the homerism.
Even still, most of them there were just annoyed by how confident we are, which is also pretty normal given our team's recent success. They seem to realize winning this game on Sunday will be a major feat.

Good on them for developing a roster with some real talent and excitement. They absolutely deserve it. I'll root for them against any other team in football provided it doesn't negatively impact KC.

Agreed. I have literally no hate in my heart for the Bengals. Aside from them ending our win streak in 2003, they've never been a thorn in our side. Hell, they haven't been a thorn in anyone's side since at least the 90s, really.
When they're not playing KC I root for them just like for the Brownies and Billies.
EDIT: I guess I forgot that it was a Bengals player who knocked Trent Green out for several weeks back in 2006
