Yeah, it's hard to turn any opportunity down. But I could see a situation where a coordinator might not be enthusiastic about a job, but per the reasons you stated they can't turn it down. But I was wondering if that might be a graceful way to defer.
As far as Bienemy, I really find his role a bit mysterious. I don't know exacty what he does relative to Andy, and I have no idea if he's head coach material or not. For some reason I was thinking he had a stint as the University of Colorado's head coach, but I just looked it up and he was the offensive coordinator there. I've only seen a couple of interviews with him and I hate to say it, but he doesn't quite strike me as having a head coach aura about him. But what do I know? I would've said the same thing about Jerry Glanville and Barry Switzer.
