Rodgers' age and the Packers' current cap situation makes this the perfect time to part ways. He has to leave eventually. Might as well get a load of draft picks (including a top 10 pick) and some good, young players like Michael Ojemudia for him instead of getting nothing. Ted Thompson would make the trade.

You smell of desperation. I hope both teams are dumb enough to do it. Dungver gets a guy with 1-2 seasons left, and they lose first round draft picks for the next 5+ years. Sounds like a win! Getting Rodgers, and him playing behind that dumpster fire OL will not even win you the division, but I might eventually break the VERY EMBARRASSING 13 GAME LOSING STREAK TO THE BEST TEAM IN THE DIVISION, THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS!!!
