More likely then not it is being used in Agriculture purposes already.
After extensive wastewater treatment you always end up with a solids product called Bio-Solids. This product is rich in Nitrogen and Phosphorus.
Here in Iowa all that Bio-Solid material is land applied and the nitrogen is reclaimed. Farmers fight over that shit because its free and ready to apply after harvest. One caveat-Iowa rule: No crops for human consumption for two years after application.
