First off the first chick settled out of court and she also tried to sue the hotel she worked at claiming they covered up the rape. All bullshit. She probably screwed him willingly and then got pissed the next day for whatever reason. He's young, he's rich and she felt disrespected. Happens all the time to guys with money. None of her claims went anywhere and Ben was never charged with anything.

The second chick didn't claim rape, just sexual assault while drunk and in a club. She even went to the hospital and got checked and they found zero evidence of anything and she got nothing. She even claimed that going to court would be to difficult and painful for herself and her family. That means she's a slut and doesn't want to air her dirty laundry out in public for a case she can't win and has no evidence for.

In both cases the prosecutors had nothing to work with and threw out any thoughts of going forward. So lets not just throw out there he's a rapist. He isn't a rapist
