1. Each team gets one possession.
2. Touchdown beats field goal, field goal beats yards gained, if no one scores, the team that gets the most yardage wins.
3. The two possessions are played simutaneously with 44 players on the field. Anyone can run, block, tackle, or catch for any unit.
