yep. this choked me up. Good on him for being a solid human being.
I said this to some of my staff this week......you just never really know what's going on in a person's life, so it's always best to make every interaction a positive one.
The guy probably didnt think it was any big deal, and bam.....a huge impact and an experience that girl will never forget.
