This one hurts, for sure.
We have an elite QB in his prime. Re-load and we'll be back in the hunt. The defense was Jekyll and Hyde all year; time to cut dead weight. Offense needs upgrades at WR, RB, and RT. Some new blood on the coaching staff would probably be a good idea. The window will remain wide open for many years to come.
