A face to face is always much more impactful and memorable. Bring (or attach or link) supporting evidence as required.
Be sure to head in with as many hard quantitative facts as you can regarding your performance. PROVE your point and don't leave it up to your boss to wonder or think for him or herself.
Examples:
- I drove a 150% increase in sales over 2020.
- My team grew by X heads (or X%) this year while maintaining (or exceeding) previous year performance.
