Not sure how Flores collects, but the NFL most likely will want this to go away.
On the flip side if there was an agreement in place with Daboll prior to Flores and Frazier's interviews the Dolphins are going to lose major draft picks in violating the Rooney rule. not sure their first rounder is even out of the question. That would be a shame.
Also get the feeling Flores does not think he is getting an NFL job and might as well go out swinging and head to college.
