If I was a hiring manager and you gave me two candidates who were qualified equally and one was black and one was white I'd hire the black guy every single ****ing time. And isn't that racist?
Now, I don't question that some of these older white owners have some bias to people they already know. Doesn't mean it's purely racism though. It could be. It might not be. You sure as shit better have some evidence of it though if you allege it because there is no bigger fear anywhere in society than being racist.
