The point I’m trying to make is why is that what people go to?
Why are we not saying that blacks are 13% of the population as opposed to saying 70% of the NFL.?
When somebody says that, it can be assumed that they think the coaches should be overwhelmingly disproportionate as well (even if it’s not 70%).
It’s just so odd how we look at things. Nobody bats an eye at a lack of white RBs, WRs, or DBs.
We don’t look at that 70% and assume it’s racism. We’re just honest and admit that blacks are better at football for whatever reason.
Maybe, for whatever reason, whites are better at coaching? I guess I’m not scared to ask that question because I’m Hispanic
It’s legitimate though. Where are all these great black HCs?
Maybe coaching is just something that white people are more likely to get great at because they’re more gravitated towards it as a career choice?
I feel like white people like to teach in general more than blacks. I’m not judging or pretending I have the answers. I just don’t see the reason in assuming it’s racism when it doesn’t hold up to logic.
