None of those guys have been treated unfairly. They’re all in the up and coming category. Their situations aren’t even remotely comparable to a guy like EB.
It’s hilarious that you can see that most of these HCs are former QBs and/or QB coaches, and you think being a former player is important, yet you don’t understand that most QBs are white. That’s a perfectly normal explanation that has nothing to do with racism.

What you’re saying is that McCarthy, gase, mcdaniels get second chances while guys like Frazier and Bowles don’t. Hell, it took most of those black coaches 20 years to get their shot. Young up and coming coaches will get their day, meanwhile campbell, Staley and soon mccown get a shot. Guys with histories like Patricia and vrabel are fine but EBs legal history is untouchable. It’s not so much that EB will be a great hc. It’s that every year there are enough wtf hires where we know Eb probably couldn’t be worse.
I don’t know where to fix the problem but it’s undeniable that there is an issue and I highly doubt it’s due to not wanting to teach. As if there aren’t captains out there who’ve shown outstanding leadership and feel for the game.
