He literally just did something that interim coaches rarely do.

I’m not undermining bisaccia. He was brought up to prove the point that white coaches get unfairly treated too. But his tunraound was treated the same as any other. Including Romeo and Gregg Williams who led LOSING teams to an almost improbable playoff run. Not to mention getting fired with a new gm.
Fair point on Dan Campbell but that puts him in no different place than eB who also has head coaching experience and unlike Campbell was in charge of his offense. It’s less about treating coaches unfairly when they get in the chair. But can you think of a single black hc that jumped the ranks from no coordinator experience to HC? Have to think way back to herm and singletary for that one. Or that has a resume with less than 10 years experience, usually way more? For whatever reason black coaches aren’t getting the same kind of leadership opportunities. These are opportunities that for some reason haven’t been given to black coaches and even retreads get way more opportunities.
Maybe that’s changing with black DCs being very well represented in the playoffs. Again, I don’t know what the solution is but it’s clear that there’s an obvious problem and forcing reverse racism isn’t the solution. This should and needs to happen organically.
