His lawsuit is really a nice bit of fiction and written with quotes of Dr King and even how Kap was allegedly discriminated against. It is 99% written for sensationalism.
It was nice even how they tied the firing into racism, fired for refusing to lose and break NFL rules but racist in that the Dolphins portrayed him as a angry black man a racial stereotype in why he was fired.
The 1 % really comes down to whether a person believes that if 70% of the NFL players are black that the same % of coaches need to be as well or whether the % should be more along the lines of the population or those that played college or follow football intently.
Looks like a strongarm tactic to get the NFL to concede to more drastic measures of promoting a black owner (Broncos are for sale) putting in place a black committee for openings that will have a say in hiring. Sure the woke NFL is willing to woke concede to some... should be interesting.
