Dan Campbell came form NO with Detroit’s black GM. Why don’t you ask him about that? While you’re at it, ask Poles and Kwesi why they didn’t hire black coaches. I’d love to hear the answer
Arthur Smith was an OC in Tennessee and called the plays. That was 100% HIS offense. He still fits the trend, he’s not against the grain at all.
