Since Staylor seems to be an expert here, please explain the following statistics:
1/32 NFL HC's are black.
Only 15 black HCs have been hired for 129 openings since the Rooney Rule was created.
You can try to run in circles with your BLACK GM HIRES WHITE GUY bullshit as some sort of proof all you want - but the above FACTS can't be denied.
It might not be racism as defined, but there's a significant issue with NFL hiring practices.
