If you go off of 13% of Americans are black and you just divide that by 2 to separate females then about 2 black HC's is a reflection of the United States racial breakdown. The issue now is we need Hispanic and Asian head coaches.
Or we can just hire the best candidates for the position that these franchises see fit.
