Yes Baalke is difficult to work with, but that isn’t stopping the likes of Doug Pederson… a Super Bowl winning HC… from continuing to pursue the Jacksonville HC job.
Why would he want a HC job with someone who could stunt his success? By all means…this could be his only opportunity at a HC job.
