Show me someone that can demonstrate that long-arm ninja swipe thing that I've seen some DL do that messes with the timing of those feints from the OL. Show me someone that can see a guys primary move and get working with him on the right secondary and how to execute it.

At some point I just get exhausted by the 'BLOOD MAKES THE GRASS GROW, KILL KILL KILL!!!' guys. I want someone that is actually showing these guys how they can be better football players.

I hope Cullen is that guy because I'd like to see a ton of young talent added to this DL and I'd like to see them actually develop on his watch.
