My speculation is, the Chiefs will be rooting for the Royals to build a downtown stadium. They then will demand to build their own stadium and have the space to do it where the K sits. Once built, they will also have plenty of space to build up their own entertainment district around the stadium to bring revenue all year. All of this will be tied to winning the bid for obtaining the Super Bowl in 2037.
