Which means more electricity usage in many and most places during winter. The stupid thing is that in two weeks no one will give a shit. Further...what's right for the people in Rubio flo rida ain't the same needs for the people in Minnesota. So...if Flo Rida doesn't want to switch...then do that...if Minnesota wants to switch...then do that. But stop the Federal Government over reach and making one size rules that fits none.
