Giving out $50M+ to a QB is something EVERY Owner/Team can do and it just means that they can not pay other players as much.

Because you have to set aside all money you've guaranteed into an escrow for the player. Now, let's say by the time Burrow comes up he and his agent are asking for about 300 million fully guaranteed, for 6 seasons. Mike Brown has a net worth of 900 million. See the issue?
