Russell Wilson reached 100 wins faster than any QB in NFL history.
He has only won fewer than 10 games in a season twice in 10 years. The Seahawks went 9-7 in 2017 and 7-10 in 2021 (Wilson missed 3 games and played two games with a torn ligament in his throwing hand in 2021).
The NFCW had a few down years, but for the most part it has consistently been one of the toughest divisions in football. The 49ers, Rams, and Seahawks have all been to multiple Super Bowls during Russ' career and the Cardinals went to the NFCCG once.
