There is nothing wrong with knowing and expressing what type of woman you like and there are plenty of women out there who are perfectly happy being they typical housewife who wants to cook, clean, etc.... Where Cam messed up is he articulated this in a way that makes it seem that he thinks "boss bitches" are somehow beneath him and the fact that they express themselves in a certain way makes them somehow less than other women.
My wife and I have what I would call a symbiotic relationship. I do a fair share of the cooking and the normal "man" stuff around the house. She cooks on occasion and does all the laundry that isn't dropped of at the dry cleaners. Neither one of us cleans the house because we pay someone to do that for us as we both work more than we should.
