Austin's far more athletic and has worked more inside/outside during his college career.
I get the 'I don't want Austin because he's short' crowd. I disagree with them, but I understand it. But Moore's like an inch taller than Austin. And a very similar style of player, though I think Austin plays tougher than Moore does.
I just can't talk myself into Moore as this premium prospect. He's a slower Austin or shorter Pickens. He didn't test well at all, what flashes he shows on tape are largely a product of poor competition.
I don't get the Skyy Moore love at all. I don't have him among my top 10 WRs this year. There's just nothing I see that makes him more than a late 3rd selection. At best.
I'm not even a Dotson fan, but c'mon - Moore vs. Dotson is a 1st round knockout. Dotson is a FAR better prospect.

His hands are the best in this class. His hands are over 10 inches which is likely why he’s so good. Also his drop rate is slightly more than Pickens but he got a lot more targets than Pickens so that should say something.
Dude is also an elite route runner. For someone who has only played for 3 years he sure as hell knows how to play. His feet are quick at release point and his shoulders/hips are really good at selling his routes. Watch him on tape.
Also doesn’t hurt that he’s a 4.41 guy with adequate size.
Speaking of size, you need to accept what Calvin Austin is. He’s Clyde Edwards-Elaire’s height (5’8”) and 162 lbs. Thats over 30 pounds less than Skyy Moore.
This kid isn’t lining up outside. He’ll get dismantled at the LOS. His role is probably Hardman/DAT. He’s a gadget player with a little room for some specific routes IMO. I think that’s his ceiling
