He will turn 35 this year, and hasn't appeared in a game in 6 years. The last time he had a winning record as a starter was 2013.
If anything, his claims of being discriminated against would be turned on their head because he'd be getting signed specifically because of who he is and his political activity, not because of his ability to improve their team.
But, given the circus that would ensue and the fact that he sucked, I'm in favor of the raiders signing him
