They are, sort of. FIFA says the pitch is (minimum) 110 yards by 70 yards or (maximum) 120 yards by 80 yards. So the field is long enough, but they'll need to take out some sideline seats. I would guess most NFL stadiums will opt for the 110 x 70 yard pitch.
