WHAMMO! As the plane is moving on the bomb run, alanm and gh4chiefs take an enormous hit up in the nose and the plane noses down. Bearcat utters a ‘wow’ and reports that a severed engine from another B-17 fell onto the nose, ripping a huge hole in the starboard side of the nose. That news is not lost on alanm and gh4chiefs, who are unharmed but awed by the hole in their area. It was quite the near miss.
By the time alanm gets back to the controls, the bomb run is off target – 0% score

Copilot Bearcat is sent home due to his injuries and oxygen deprivation, which occurred because Special Ed wasn't able to get his oxygen mask on him when he was ally.
Tailgunner redhed’s wound wasn’t as bad as first thought. He’ll be ready for the next mission.
