5% money on 200M is $10M. PER ANNUM. That's easy to type out coming from a guy that doesn't have to dump $10M in interest for payroll escrow.
Now I know he wouldn't do the whole thing and the escrow would get smaller as the contract plays out, but those numbers get ugly quick. Especially for cheapasses (I include myself here so not hating). And let's be real here, rich ****s don't become rich ****s by dumping 10M just because.
