With Michael King potentially hurt and Chapman a big question, Barlow would make a LOT of sense for the Yankees.

Volpe and Medina would be off the table in that deal, but I could see the Royals asking for Oswald Peraza as the headliner. Not sure NY would do that.

I also am interested in Alexander Vargas, who has had a bad year and is a potential 40-man roster issue for the Yankees in the fall (he's Cuban, so he has to be added this year or be cut, and he is struggling in A ball).
