Ultimately I'm thinking Toub probably makes the decisions for these last roster spots and who knows where he stands.

It feels like a much deeper roster than we've had in years past but it could also be because we just knew how much someone like Neimann was a complete and total liability. Regardless, we got younger, faster, hungrier, and cheaper and there's real value in that.
This Buechele thing has me intrigued. Do we think that he's getting playing time to ...

...consider whether he should be elevated to the #2 position?

or

...showcase him for a trade?

or

...give him developmental playing time because Henne doesn't need game experience?

or

...Buechele won a lunch bet and gets to play?

or

...something else?


I kind of half-wonder if Buechele could be our #2 QB to start the season.
