Wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. is receiving a change of scenery in his third NFL season.
The Jaguars traded Shenault to the Carolina Panthers on Monday in exchange for a 2023 seventh-round draft pick and a 2024 sixth-round selection, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported.
The Panthers announced they sent undisclosed draft compensation to Jacksonville in the deal.

He'd fallen out of favor in a hurry in Jacksonville.
This really is for the best for him, though. There's some talent there and he demonstrated it at times in Jacksonville. Meyer mind-****ed better players than Shenault so getting clear of that situation can only help.
Moore is a great player but Anderson's getting up there a tick. And the Panthers were able to put Curtis Samuel to really good use when he was healthy out there.
If Shenault could slot into a similar role, he could potentially do some damage.
