Does anybody actually watch football? That guy is a metronome, regardless of if his QB sucks. He's good for 75-80 catches and 1,100 yards every season like clockwork. If he's healthy, he's one of the few set and forget options you can get outside of the 2nd round (and he's been healthy his whole career).
Am I missing something? Why is this guy routinely getting drafted in the late 30s, early 40s?

I only ended up with him in one league but I had him higher rated than adp just didn't fall right in the draft for me to get him in more of them.
