It's not so much about pissing/shitting on your hands as it is your junk being a warm moist place for germs, and spreading those germs after you've had your hands down there.
Just like how the flu shot isn't just about "never getting the flu", but potentially unknowingly spreading the flu by being one of the 70-80% of people who carry and spread it asymptotically.
