I don't know if the $6B asking price is realistic, either. The Waltons bought the Donks for $4.65B. Is a team in the outskirts of DC worth that much more?

I can't imagine it is. The stadium in Denver is 4 years newer. They otherwise have similarly storied histories. Denver, from most accounts, has a larger fan base.
I don't think Snyder will get $6B.
