Oh man, I feel for you. I had some 6 years ago and had to hit the ER to have them removed. They were not going to pass on their own. I was on a business trip in Baltimore and ended up in some 3rd world country shit hole hospital. I woke up and had blood rolling out my Johnson. The hack doctor had botched the operation.
I flew home and had to go to the local hospital and have them go in for round two. This doc got them, but I woke up and had about two inches of plastic tubing hanging out of my Johnson.
Turns out it had to be there to help the flow or something, until things healed, can't remember exactly. I went in about a week later for a follow up and was informed I had to pull it out myself at home. I asked the doc if I should pull it out slowly, or give it a crank, like I'm starting a lawn mower. He said do it slow.
I got home, took some Advil, waited an hour and went to work on it. 24 inches later, it was out. Not a great experience to say the least.
