Toney came into the league as the more complete WR. Of course, Hill has the acceleration/speed advantage, and had the best offensive/receiving coaches at his disposal in KC and has become one of the best overall WRs in the NFL.

and he's STILL not a natural catcher of the football. Hill is a body clutcher far too often. But he's a great TRACKER of the football, in addition to being the fastest guy on the field.
Toney appears to be a hands catcher, and by all accounts has excellent spacial awareness. So yeah, there's reason to be excited.
