The Chiefs and Bills split votes and basically should comprise their own Super Bowl out of the AFC. "Those are the two best teams," a veteran NFC scout said. "They are the deepest and have the best players [Allen and Mahomes]." The Bills get the nod because they are battle tested, have a deep roster and know they are good.
