The comparison of Palmer to Allen is lazy.

Palmer tore 75% of his UCL. He said was having trouble hitting receivers 10 yards from him. He said it was like someone was sitting above him and just shooting his passes out of the air. He flew to NY and the doctors told him that he needed surgery but her refused and just let time and scar tissue heal the issue. He had a bad injury - should have had the surgery.

That’s a lot different than the rumors we hear about Allen (minor UCL sprain and he uncorks a 70 yard pass on the money).
