If they put even a little effort into managing foot traffic and car traffic, it wouldn't be bad at all. Plenty of other cities do it. I've always gotten out of Chase Field in downtown Phoenix far faster than Kauffman Stadium, for example.
I can get out of the Busch Stadium lots quicker than the Sports Complex.
