All good points, the only solution is for a new HC to come in and gut the team, trade away their talent and get draft capital back. The players are all wanting out anyway so thats what needs to happen.

Unfortunately for them they are stuck with Wilson but he's salvageable enough to hold a place for a top drafted QB, if they can find a good one.
