I saw a clip/or some TV commentary and they were talking the defenders spinning guys to the ground so they wouldn't land on them with all their weight. Mahomes has been slammed like that and there was no penalty. Kelce too for that matter. I've seen QBs brought down across the league in similar fashion with no flags. These is the league flailing in an attempt to protect QBs.
