I think all the comparisons to other jobs just don't work because this guy almost died making a routine play. There is no way most people would be able to do their job effectively after watching one of their coworkers almost die doing something routine. Yes there are situations where people have had to go back to work but did they really want to? Of course not. These players don't need these jobs to survive and no business owner is going to take a golden goose like Josh Allen or Burrow and piss them off and hurt their long term business interests. Or put them out there and risk serious injury because their mind is not in the game at all.

They are still playing in just a few days.
