Typical leave for a death of a family member in the US us only 3 days yet we're supposed to just shut up and support the Bills not wanting to go to work? And that's an immediate family member and actually dying. Most don't get anything for aunts uncles cousins...etc and are expected to show up to work.

So no I don't have sympathy for the legions of crying Bills fans on twatter
