This is the best of the crappiest proposals for the Chiefs, but worse than the actual NFL rule that covers this situation.
NFL Rules state the game should have resumed within 48 hours. Reports are the Bills refused to play and eventually refused to play it anytime in cincy. This should have been a forfeit. However, the commissioner can cancel the game even though I don't believe it meets the criteria....regardless, it was canceled, thus requiring the playoff seeding to be based on win %, not some backroom deal.
