It almost certainly wouldn't have made a difference, but the Titans totally wasted their first 2 timeouts when they didn't need to. They were afraid of just running hurry-up (or their offense in general after an incompletion) and failing, trying to take the timeout and design a perfect play, which obviously didn't work. If they'd have saved the timeouts they'd have at least given themselves another prayer.
