Guys jumping across the line early and false starts should always be called and the Bills got a big advantage when they did it. Those give big advantages to the offender. Lining up in the neutral zone is one I'm fine with not calling, though.
Come on dude, let them play to an extent, but the DPI by Milano and the blatant hold on the kick return by 44 is a 11 point swing...
