EXACTLY!!! Because the league knows that the Bengals beat the Bills at a neutral site. You would think the league made the new rules to make sure their pre-determined winner was going to get through...it is crazy that the Div game isn't at a neutral site. It is like the league somehow screwed the Bills last year against the Chiefs (when the Chiefs won late), and somehow needs to make up for it by getting them to the super bowl...it is rigged for sure because if it wasn't the Bengals / Bills divisional round would be at a neutral site.
