It does beg the question of why? This would kinda be like Russia buying Twitter to me, or currently China owning TikTok. Seems more like a direct pipeline into American culture which could be a concerning issue. Could kinda see the writing on the wall when they gave everyone the middle finger and started throwing major pay per views over there.
